Trainers & providers
Become an HBS Verified Trainer
Complex care nurses and approved training providers can apply to be recognised as an HBS Verified Trainer. HBS reviews training evidence — we do not provide clinical sign-off for ongoing care.
Who can apply
Complex care nurses, allied health professionals and approved training organisations with verifiable experience and credentials.
Approved trainers & providers
Independent trainers and provider organisations are welcome. HBS reviews your credentials, evidence and approach.
Evidence trainers provide
- Professional registration / qualification evidence
- Insurance details where applicable
- Training curriculum and outcomes
- Sample certificates and assessment criteria
Direct trainer payment
Carers and families pay the trainer directly. HBS does not handle the training fee.
HBS reviews evidence after training
Once training is completed, HBS reviews the evidence and updates the carer's badges or verification level where appropriate.
No clinical sign-off by HBS
HBS does not clinically sign off ongoing care or supervise care delivery — that remains the responsibility of the family and any clinicians involved.
Independent carer disclaimer. HBS is an introductory, verification and platform support service. HBS does not directly provide regulated personal care services, employ carers, manage rotas, supervise care delivery or direct ongoing support. Independent carers operate independently and families choose carers directly.
