How HBS receives and reviews complaints and concerns.

HBS reviews concerns raised about profiles, introductions, payments, training evidence and platform conduct. We aim to acknowledge a concern within five working days.

What HBS can do

  • Review the concern and ask for more information
  • Pause a carer profile while reviewing
  • Issue a warning, downgrade verification or remove a profile
  • Signpost to the appropriate safeguarding or regulatory route
Independent carer disclaimer. HBS is an introductory, verification and platform support service. HBS does not directly provide regulated personal care services, employ carers, manage rotas, supervise care delivery or direct ongoing support. Independent carers operate independently and families choose carers directly.
