These terms apply to independent carers using HBS. They cover profile accuracy, verification, introductions, support hours records, Earnings Statements and dispute handling.
Self-employed status
Carers using HBS remain self-employed independent carers. HBS does not employ carers or run payroll.
Setting your rate
You set your own hourly rate. HBS adds its platform fee on top.
Off-platform requests
If a family asks you to move off-platform inappropriately, please report this to HBS.
