These terms apply to families using HBS to find verified independent carers. They cover account use, introductions, payments, support hours records and dispute handling.
Independent carers
Carers introduced via HBS operate independently. The family chooses and engages the carer directly.
Platform fees
Carers set their own hourly rate. HBS adds a transparent platform fee on top, shown before any payment is taken.
Off-platform requests
If a carer asks you to move off-platform inappropriately, please report this to HBS.
