Carers introduced via HBS are independent carers. They are not employed by HBS, supervised by HBS, or working under an HBS rota.

What this means

The family chooses and engages the carer directly
The carer remains self-employed
HBS does not provide clinical sign-off or supervise care delivery
HBS facilitates introductions and reviews evidence

Independent carer disclaimer. HBS is an introductory, verification and platform support service. HBS does not directly provide regulated personal care services, employ carers, manage rotas, supervise care delivery or direct ongoing support. Independent carers operate independently and families choose carers directly.
